Shipping policy

1. We strive to deliver products purchased from agsjewellery.com in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible.

2. Payment Options                
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders with a cart value of ₹1,000 and above.
- For orders below ₹1,000, only prepaid payment options are available at checkout.
- We accept secure online payments through UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, and other trusted payment gateways.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Order Verification

• COD orders will be processed only after successful confirmation from the customer.
  - If we are unable to reach you or do not receive a response within the specified timeframe, the order may be placed on hold or cancelled.
  - Orders that remain unconfirmed will not be dispatched.
  

 4. Express Shipping

- Need your order urgently? We offer Express Shipping for eligible orders.

• Express Shipping delivers your order within 4 working days from the date of dispatch.
  - This service is available only for prepaid orders.
  - Express Shipping charges may apply depending on the delivery location and order value.
  - Availability of Express Shipping is subject to serviceability in your area.

5. Why We Encourage Prepaid Orders 

Prepaid orders help us ensure faster processing, quicker dispatch, and a seamless delivery experience. Customers may also be eligible for exclusive prepaid offers and discounts from time to time.

6. All packages are dispatched in tamper proof bags. So, at the time of delivery, we recommend you to check the package before accepting it to ensure it has not been tampered

7. Delivery Time India : 3 to 7 working days. Exceptions : Sunday and local holidays for the courier service provider. Delivery Time Internationational  : 8 to 12 working days.

6. Shipping charges will be added automatically on all international orders if there is any confusion regarding the rates charged for international shipping please feel free to reach out to our customer service team by mailing us on support@agsjewellery.com

7. Our courier service will attempt to deliver the order 2 times to the delivery address. However, in any case package is not deliverable, the package will be returned to the head office in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

8. On receiving the package we will attempt to contact you via phone and email. However, if we cannot get in touch with you we shall consider the order as Terminated and refund the amount within 30 days of the Termination of the order.

9. For International Orders: Duties & Taxes Included  
AG'S ships DDP - Delivered Duty Paid to all international destinations. This means:  
- All import duties, tariffs, customs fees & taxes are included in your shipping charge. You pay nothing extra at delivery.
- Shipping options: Express ₹3,000, 5-10 business days | Standard ₹1,500, 15-20 business days via DHL/FedEx.
- Free international shipping on orders over ₹45,000.
- One parcel, multiple pieces: Add unlimited items to a single order — shipping cost stays the same per parcel.
- All parcels are fully insured and tracked to your doorstep.

10. No Surprise Customs Bills  
Because AG'S prepays all duties and taxes, your order will not be held by customs for payment. The price you see at checkout is the final price. We handle all customs clearance on your behalf.
